PyFMLab
PyFMLab is an open-source software for analysing mechanical and microrheology data acquired by atomic force microscopy. It was developed with the MSCA doctoral network Phys2BioMed and is described in the publication “PyFMLab: Open-source software for atomic force microscopy microrheology data analysis”(openreseurope.16550.2).
The pyFMLab bundle includes three libraries: pyFMRheo, pyFMGUI and pyFMReader. The main advancement of this software is that it allows the determination of not only elastic but also viscoelastic parameters of cells, tissues and soft samples. It can be used both in command line and a graphical user interface, making it easy to use for non experts. We expect that PyFMLab will become a standard in the field, given its versatility, open-source nature, modularity and robustness. PyFSpec
PyFSpec is a software designed to analyze single molecule force spectroscopy data acquired by atomic force miscroscopy. It allows to analyse both protein unfolding or unbinding.

PyFSpectra
PyFSpectra is a GUI-based application developed for the analysis of single molecule force spectroscopy data from acoustic force spectroscopy. It uses principles of object-oriented programming, and the codebase can also be used inline using scripts or jupyter notebooks, or as a graphical user interface. This package was developed for the study on ‘Near - equilibrium unbinding of streptavidin/biotin using single molecule force spectroscopy” (https://hal.science/hal-05405508v1) and is available on GitHub: https://github.com/DyNaMo-INSERM/PyAFSpectra

MechanoProDB
MechanoProDB is a web-base database that compiles over one hundred works on the mechanics of single proteins, allowing to explore the mechanical response of different families of proteins, correlating them with biological functions and extract general correlations between protein structure and mechanical strength.
